Reservation Policy
To reserve a room or equipment item you should contact the EIC at x5118
at least 48 hours in advance. If you need technical
support or any form of assistance for an event you must make this known
when making your reservation. Questions about technology available in
the libraries or technical support for events should be directed to the EIC at
x5118.
- Computer labs may only be reserved
a total of five times per term for any individual course.
- All classes must be supervised by a faculty member or TA.
- Cameras and other equipment are for use within the library only.
The library does not loan audiovisual or computer hardware.
- All studio production and post-production projects require prior approval.
