This page includes an assortment of  links.  Most are quick reference such as the weather, lottery numbers, and the location of ATMs.  Others are more extensive in terms of information and include health and consumer information and federal and state income tax forms. More sites of this nature will be added as we discover them.

Weather - Today's weather and forecasts for the New York City Metro area provided by Accuweather.

Cash - Finding an ATM might be easier if you plan ahead and check this page before you go. 

Lottery Numbers - "Hey! You never know."  "Can't win if you don't play."  Find out if you are a big winner at the New York State Lottery site.

Voting and Political Participation - Information on how and why to vote in New York. The  Vote New York City site and DemocracyNet is a service from the League of Women Voters that will give you the information you need to make a difference.

Consumer Advocacy - NetCheck is a free site brought to you by the Consumer Bureau. Also check with the Better Business Bureau.

Medical - Health Reference Center provides high quality full text unbiased informative consumer health information and is supported by a wide range of health related associations, organizations and institutes. If you prefer a physician to self-diagnosis, try the American Medical Association's Physician Select.

NY.com is a free reference providing more than 1,000 pages with vital information from New York City history to local news.
